		<title>Joe Miller wins Best Actor Award at Southeastern Theatre Conference</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Local actor Joe Miller was awarded the “Best Actor” Award for his performance in Charleston Stage Company’s production of Underneath the Lintel at the Southeastern Theatre Conference’s Community Theatre Festival held this past weekend in Lexington Kentucky. 
The festival featured over 15 play productions performed by community theatres from ten states throughout the southeast, including productions from Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
